In June, the SEC adopted new rules for Regulation A+, giving small companies a viable alternative to raising capital outside of venture funding and providing liquidity to investors in lieu of a traditional IPO.

Join speakers from law firms Duane Morris and Hunter Taubman Fischer; accounting firm Marcum LLP; investment bank TriPoint Global Equities and OTC Markets Group as they address practical issues and applications of Reg A+ and provide guidance on how companies can leverage Reg A+ to finance and grow their business.
