Stefanie Wiener is a New York City based Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist and Certified Personal Trainer.

She received her master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and completed her training with Northwell Health System. Stefanie provides virtual 1:1 counseling, guiding and empowering her clients to reach their optimal nutrition and wellness. She takes a holistic, client-centered approach and is dedicated to helping her clients understand how their specific food choices and eating behaviors are correlated with their health outcomes. Stefanie works with her clients to make realistic changes that lead them to feeling their best- mentally, emotionally and physically.
