Overview

For decades, general contractors have used the same basic tools — such as Excel, Project, and P6 — to schedule their construction projects. Not only has this process resulted in inefficient schedules, it has also made it difficult to recover projects when they were delayed. The result has been that large construction projects typically take 20 percent longer to finish than scheduled and are up to 80 percent over budget.

The introduction of artificial intelligence to construction is introducing major gains in efficiency and profitability for general contractors. In this webinar, we’ll introduce you to ALICE Technologies, whose AI-powered construction simulation and optimization software is helping large GCs to rethink how they initially schedule projects, as well as how they reschedule those that run into problems along the way. You’ll learn how major GCs like Parsons, Bouygues and Kajima are putting this technology to work, boosting project profitability, reducing risk, and improving their ability to deliver projects on time.
