In this session, Raffa Investment Advisers will help you leverage the Secure Act 2.0 to boost plan participation and provide additional opportunities for participants to save more. Plan sponsors will learn about the benefits of implementing auto-enrollment features, expansions in part-time employee eligibility, new ways to help participants save and earn matching contributions, additional exceptions to the 10% early withdrawal penalty, and the ability for 403(b)s to participate in multiple employer plans.
