Engaging and effectively leveraging volunteers is challenging. The information presented to them must be clear, concise, and actionable. Volunteers have a specific job to do when it comes to the oversight of your organization’s reserve. Volunteers are typically policy makers. They must also verify policy compliance and assess the effectiveness of service providers. In this session we will review the key components of an effective Investment Committee meeting. We’ll highlight the information that your committee members must review to verify policy compliance. We’ll also provide education about benchmarking to make accountability possible.
