Overview

Join Marcum LLP on Thursday, May 12th for an expert discussion covering the challenges and opportunities for companies currently developing an exit plan. This invite-only discussion and networking event will bring together C-level executives of fast growing companies, family offices, specialized service providers, and venture investors. Guests will be given the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with key players in venture and tech as well as gain new perspectives on relevant exit strategies.

Food and drinks will be served at the Marcum LLP San Francisco office, followed by a cocktail networking hour across the street at Iron Horse Cocktails. Iron Horse Cocktails will donate a percentage of sales to Ukraine so come by on May 12th to learn, network, and support a good cause!

In order to enter Marcum’s SF office, you must be fully vaccinated. To be considered fully vaccinated you must be two weeks out after receiving your second dose of either Pfizer or Moderna or single dose of Johnson & Johnson. You will be asked to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival.

This event is invite only. Registration will close when the capacity of 30 attendees is reached.
