Overview

This will be a State and Local Tax update with a discussion concerning the continued impact to the states as a result of the pandemic. We will discuss the 2021 Ohio Budget bill enacted this summer. An update on the SALT cap work around and the new wave of Pass-Through entity taxes that have been enacted during 2021 and what business owners need to know. We will also address the questions businesses need to still be asking their employees as a result of the pandemic. Lastly, we will discuss “Hot Issues” for Ohio and surrounding states.
