Jim is a Sales Executive at Insurance Marketing Agencies, specializing in commercial insurance for the financial services, technology, and property management industries. Before joining IMA, Jim owned and operated a regional brewery and restaurant, providing him with unique insights into the needs of business owners and executives. He started his 10-year career in finance at the Bank of New York Mellon. Jim is a graduate of UMass Amherst and holds a certification in financial planning from Boston University. He is currently pursuing a degree in Software Development and Cyber Security. Additionally, Jim has been licensed in Property/Casualty and Life/Health insurance for 8 years.

Senior Underwriter, Financial Lines Cyber & Liability – Chubb

Charles Brennen is a Senior Underwriter with a focus on financial lines cyber and liability at Chubb Insurance. He graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance with a focus on Property & Casualty. Prior to Chubb, CJ worked at The Graham Company, a Philadelphia-based brokerage agency, for over 5 years as a licensed Property & Casualty broker. CJ started at Chubb in 2020 as the Cyber and E&O underwriter in Philadelphia overseeing various territories in the Mid-Atlantic region. He moved to Chubb’s Boston office in 2023 where he now oversee the Boston territory.

Sean Carter

President & CEO – NEACH

Sean Carter is President and CEO of NEACH and its’ subsidiary NEACH Payments Group. Sean is responsible for the strategic direction of both companies. Sean is also responsible for ensuring that NEACH Members and clients of the subsidiary have access to high quality products, services, and resources. Sean speaks at several conferences across the country including being an annual speaker at the Nacha Payments Conference. Sean recently completed a 4th term on Nacha’s Risk Management Advisory Group.

John Rostern

Vice President of Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics - Marcum Technology

John Rostern is the Vice President of Cybersecurity and Digital Forensics at Marcum Technology. He leads a team of professionals who assist clients in effectively managing cyber risk, securing their information assets, and achieving compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

John brings over 40 years of professional experience to Marcum. His experience includes working successfully with clients across all industry sectors including cloud service providers, social media, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation/aerospace defense, and technology.

John and his team work closely with clients to deliver a wide range of services to assist them in effectively managing cyber risk. Services provided by the team include Governance Risk and Controls (GRC), Security Operation Center (SOC), and Security Engineering and Technical Services such as penetration testing, attack surface mapping, threat hunting, and vulnerability scanning.
