Overview

The last few years have brought much uncertainty into our communities.  COVID-19 changed the way people worked and lived.  The pandemic was quickly followed by rising inflation, rising interest rates, a tremulous stock market and changing needs in our communities.  Whether your organization is in health care, higher education, social welfare, religious or a private foundation supporting other non-profit entities you have all faced the same need to change and evolve.

Mary Antonetti, leader of the New England Nonprofit and Social Sector practice at Marcum is moderating a panel of experts to help your organization navigate the “new normal”.  We will discuss a variety of topics on your mind including:

  • The stock market and our endowment – YIKES!
  • How do I fundraise when people don’t want to attend large events?
  • Are these new activities I am doing to raise money going to create a problem for me?
  • What happens if I need to restructure to survive?
  • Do I need to worry about my hybrid workforce?
  • How do you keep going when the need gets greater and it is harder to raise money?
