Overview
The Immigrant Investor Program known as “EB-5” was created in 1990 and is currently administered by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). The EB-5 program annually sets aside 10,000 permanent residency green cards for immigrants who make a qualified investment into a new commercial enterprise which will create no less than ten qualifying full time employment positions for US citizens or residents.

This seminar will help guide developers and entrepreneurs who are interested in either establishing their own regional center or utilizing an existing regional center. Students will learn how to raise EB-5 capital for investing in a real estate project and gain understanding of the USCIS application process.

Please join our faculty of internationally renowned corporate and securities lawyers, economists, real estate developers, business plan experts & fund administrators for this complete overview of the EB-5 program and how to take advantage of its many benefits.
