Please join us for an informational session which will satisfy the Ethics requirement for CPAs and other client service professionals.

This course will satisfy two hours of the four hour NYS Ethics requirement for CPAs. Participants will benefit from a review of the ethics rules and the AICPA Code of Professional Conduct.

Learning Objectives To satisfy the Ethics requirement for NY CPAs and emphasize the need for prudent ethical judgment when interpreting the rules and determining the public interest. Participants will use case studies and discussion questions to understand how to apply the rules to real ethical dilemmas.
