Frank Rudewicz, JD, CPP, CAMS
Partner and Counsel at Marcum LLP

Frank E. Rudewicz serves as Principal, Counsel and the New England Leader for the Marcum LLP’s Forensic Advisory group. Having spent 14 years with the Hartford Police Department and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Frank is also an attorney. He has more than 30 years’ experience conducting domestic and international investigations.

A recognized expert on information protection and security, Frank has served as a consultant to multinational corporations to establish and implement contingency plans for use during the Olympics and previously served as the Managing Director and Special Counsel for several national accounting firms. He also served as Senior Managing Director and Counsel for an international risk consulting and investigative firm, as well as Director of Corporate Security and Emergency Management for a financial institution.

Heather B. Bearfield, CISA, CISM, CRISC
Principal at Marcum LLP

Heather is a Principal in the Firm’s Boston office and serves as the National Technology Assurance Services Practice Group Leader. She is also a member of its National Alternative Investment, Healthcare and Financial Services Industry Groups. Ms. Bearfield has extensive experience with data security and Cybersecurity. Engagements include vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, controls testing and social engineering.
