Rob Drover

Rob Drover is principal and vice president of Business Solutions with Marcum Technology LLC. Rob leads Marcum Techs’ Digital Advisory practice and is based in Philadelphia, PA.

Rob’s experience includes business process improvement, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and high volume data management. With a focus on operational excellence and process improvement, he has assisted a wide range of clients, including Fortune 200 organizations, to optimize their enterprise-level applications and processes.

With over 30 years of experience in accounting and finance, sales and marketing, and information technology, Rob offers expertise in project management, operations support and technology transformation. His industry experience includes more than 10 years in the chemical, agricultural, and pharmaceutical business units at the DuPont Company.

Rob has delivered both domestic and international engagements in many different industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, real estate, telecommunications, and the public sector. He has experience with robotic automation, business process outsourcing, data management, IT support operations, custom workflow development, package system selection, and ERP & CRM implementations.

Josh Widener

Manager, Intelligence & Automation - Marcum Technology

Josh Widener is the key UiPath developer with countless end to end processes. His attention to detail, process improvement experience, and expert knowledge of UiPath, and several other automation tools (Power BI, Power Query, Excel VBA, and Application Programming Interface) have been an integral part of building Marcum Technologies clientele and automation experience. His responsibilities include being the lead developer on large internal and client facing projects, consulting with sales tax clients on streamlining their filings, training other Marcum Technology developers, and managing/maintaining existing Marcum internal processes. He is considered an expert UiPath developer and has published processes within the UiPath Marketplace for outside developers to take advantage of.

Mr. Widener is constantly sought out to be the lead on RPA projects internally and externally given his successful track record. He consistently seeks out RPA training and other automation tools to benefit Marcum Technology and their clients, which is proven by the countless industries he has automated processes within.
